Angel (Hebrew: malach/malachim; Greek: aggelos/aggelois; Latin: angelus/ angeli) means messenger or one who is deputed. It can refer to angels of the lowest choir, who have the greatest interaction with mankind, to the angelic nature of any spiritual creature who comes to man in Godīs name, or even to a human messenger.     They answered, "Cornelius, a centurion, an upright and God-fearing man, respected by the whole Jewish nation, was directed by a holy angel to summon you to his house and to hear what you have to say."

Acts 12:15

    [3] The second angel poured out his bowl on the sea. The sea turned to blood like that from a corpse; every creature living in the sea died.
    [4] The third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water. These also turned to blood. [5] Then I heard the angel in charge of the waters say:
    "You are just, O Holy One,
        who are and who were,
        in passing this sentence.

Rev. 16:8
The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun. It was given the power to burn people with fire.

    The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast. Its kingdom was plunged into darkness, and people bit their tongues in pain
